Looking for your order? 

Check your email for a confirmation. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number is automatically sent to you. You can also download the Arrive app to track your order. 

How is my package delivered?

All packages are delivered via USPS if standard or priority shipping is selected. Packages are delivered Monday - Saturday, except on holidays. Upgraded shipping is offered at your choice during checkout for an additional fee. 

How much will I pay for shipping?

For domestic orders, standard shipping is FREE! For international orders, a flat fee of $20 to Canada and a flat fee of $30 everywhere else. If your order is above $200, international shipping is free. 

How do I receive Free 2-3 Day Shipping?

Receive Free 2-3 Day Shipping by placing an order of $100 or more. You must select 2-3 Day Shipping at the time of checkout to receive offer. No promotional code required. Not applicable to existing orders. 

Offer applies to U.S. orders only. 2-day shipping is not available everywhere. Where 2-day shipping is not offered, you will receive 3-day shipping. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. Not applicable on prior purchases or e-Gift Certificates.

How long until I receive my items?

All items will be shipped within 24 hours when purchased Monday - Friday! Standard free shipping takes between 5-7 business days for domestic and 7-10 business days for international. Faster and upgraded shipping is available for an additional fee. Weekend and Holiday orders are shipped the next business day.

 

How will I know the delivery time?

As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, you will get a tracking number which will provide you with an ETA. 

If I buy several items, will they be delivered together?

If you order more than one item, we will do our best to send everything together. Some items may be fulfilled from different warehouses and require separate packages. Purchases that include Special order and Pre-orders will be shipped once all items are fulfilled. The estimated date of shipment for each product is on the applicable product page.

Who pays the customs fees?

You are responsible for all custom fees.

What if I need to return my order?

If you do not like your purchase, no longer want or need it, you may return your order, however the cost of shipping will be your responsibility. Additionally, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. If the cause of return is due to our error, you will be sent a return label and refunded the full price of your order including shipping.
